The managing partner Ali Zaitouni, realized what was going on and he came to our table. She declined to order so I placed the order for myself and my youngest daughter. My oldest daughter has recently aged out of the kids menu (per family rule, not TF rule) and was not happy that she had to order off the regular menu. Since he wouldn't take our tip we thought it would be nice to write a review letting everyone know what wonderful customer service he provided.My daughters and I went to Tijuana Flats for lunch a few days ago and had a wonderful experience.
He would not accept the money and said he was happy to help. He would not let me pay for the meal so my daughter wrote a thank you letter to him and we gave him a tip. Ali went above and beyond to make sure my daughter ate and was happy which was such a nice treat in this fast paced world. He went back into the kitchen and came out with a tray of chips with all the nacho toppings so she could make her own meal just the way she liked it. He got her laughing and finally got her to say that she liked nachos with beans and veggies.
